Me and my boyfriend went out for tea last night and this is what I wore. I struggle to wear colourful clothes as I find that wearing grey/black is so much easier, so here is my attempt at wearing neon! Neon is a popular trend this Spring/Summer, and is a great way to brighten up any plain outfit whether it's with accessories or one statement piece of clothing.

I was surprised as to how good H&M is this season, as I am normally quite hit and miss with the clothing from there. I love the jacket which has a sports luxe feel to it and is great for nights out as a cover up whilst we are still waiting for summer. I love, love, LOVE the neon necklace, which I have layered with a spiked necklace to give it a more edgier look. My inspiration for layering jewellery came from fellow blogger and a friend of mine, Chanda, who recently did a blog post on this which you can see here.
